THE ANCIENT RAM INN, WOTTON-UNDER-EDGE, GLOUCESTERSHIRE. FRIDAY, APRIL 14TH 2006.

After hearing various stories about the Ancient Ram Inn being one of the most haunted houses in the whole of the United Kingdom, the team decided to carry out an investigation a little further from home.
This former pub is an old medieval building which has seen many different uses in it's long history. It has been a private property for a few decades now though.
The night that we spent at this location was bitterly cold. For an old building, it was remarkably quiet and still. We knew that we would have to disregard most creaking noises that we may have heard, and put it down to the fact that this was a very old building settling down. However, there were no sounds whatsoever, apart from the traffic passing by and a few birds in the early morning.
A number of vigils were held throughout the night, these taking place in The Bishops Room, The Witches Room, The Old Bar, and the attic. A camera was left locked off in the Witches Room, but no movement or strange sound was recorded.
Unfortunately, no paranormal activity was witnessed at all during the whole visit, unless you include a torch fading out and coming back on again in the attic. Neither was anything found on all of the film footage that had been recorded throughout the investigation.
The team was very disappointed in this particular investigation, as we had travelled a long way, to a place where we felt sure that we would get some paranormal evidence. Reading more reports from other investigative teams, we have found that we are not the only group to have had a non-eventful night here. Even my asking out to be attacked in the barn by any unseen force was un-eventful.
